I keep seeing dumb asses on CL posting various ROCs. While they dont say they dont have a ROC permit, they also dont mention it in thier post. Should we send them a heads up email, or report them, or send a heads up email, then report them.

On a very positive note I see FWC has decided to let ROC permit holders to aquire animals from non-permit holders.
