Heh, I know of probably a grand that's going to go to the herps this year. it's going to be somewhere in the neighborhood of $700 for my 8' cage plus $100 for my permit plus whatever my snake is going to run me at Columbia. I shudder to think about the money I'm dropping this year.

Are you buying or building. You can make one a lot cheaper then that.

Buying, I don't have the room or tools or anything to build. Looking at Animal Plastics or Boaphile. The AP is $545 plus shipping which I have to call about because it has to be shipped by truck. The Boaphile is $711 with free shipping. So it's going to come down to better price.

Keep a look out on kingsnake there is cages all the time on there.

check out coldbloodedcages.com they have some cool stuff. An 8' cage is going to be expensive to buy. I have the tools Table/chop/skill saws if you and rob have the know-how.

I'm going to start work on a rack for a friend next week. So if it goes good I might be making more and will try cages too. If it goes good.

Well according to the tax return calculator thing at the H&R Block website our tax return is SUPPOSED to be pretty BA this year. I'm not going to hold my breath though. Just wish I had it now, there's a male beardie on craigslist for $125 that I think might be a hypo. So it looks like I might have some money for Columbia.

Luckily Daytona won't cost me as much as SC will. by the time NRBE rolls around I should have picked up more hours at work (I hope).
